Every 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month membership includes both Boxing and MMA group classes. Personal training, Pro Class and Fighter Programs are priced separately.

Sunday: Closed for group/general training

The 6:30 PM Women-Only Boxing class is women-only. The entire facility is not women-only at that time.
